Privacy Policy
The short version: we store the coach and client information needed to make meal plans, we never sell data, and you can delete clients or your whole account at any time.
1. Who we are
Platewise is operated by Ismayil Salmanov, Azerbaijan. For coach account data we are the data controller. For client information a coach enters, the coach decides what to collect and why, and we process it on the coach's behalf to provide the service. Contact: hello@savi-labs.online.
2. What we collect
- Coach account: name, email address, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), business name, logo and brand colors.
- Client information entered by coaches: name, sex, age, height, weight, activity level, goal, meals per day, diet type, allergies and intolerances, budget, cooking time, any target overrides and private notes.
- Plans: the generated meals, portions and nutrition totals, and when a client last opened their shared plan link.
- Billing: subscription status and Paddle customer and subscription IDs. Card and payment details go directly to Paddle; we never see or store them.
- Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and time of request) kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
Body metrics, allergies and diet preferences can be sensitive. Coaches should only enter what's needed for a plan and must have their client's consent.
3. How we use it
- To provide the service: calculate targets, generate and store plans, create PDFs and share links.
- To run your account and subscription, and to send essential service emails (such as sign-up confirmation).
- To keep the service secure, fix problems and improve it.
We rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a secure service, and, where required, consent. We don't use client data for advertising, and we don't train AI models on it.
4. We never sell your data
We don't sell, rent or trade personal data, and we don't use advertising or analytics trackers. The only cookies we set are the essential ones that keep you signed in.
5. Who processes data for us
- Supabase: database, authentication and file storage (coach and client data, logos).
- Vercel: hosting and delivery of the website and app.
- Paddle: payments, taxes and invoicing as our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes billing data under its own privacy policy.
These providers may store data outside Azerbaijan, including in the EU and the United States, under their own security and data-protection commitments.
6. Sharing plans
When a coach publishes a plan, anyone with its private link can view it. Links are long and unguessable, are kept out of search engines, and can be revoked by the coach at any time, which turns the old link off permanently.
7. Deleting data
- Coaches can delete a client anytime (client page → Delete client). This removes the client and all of their plans and share links.
- Coaches can delete their account anytime (Branding → Delete account). This removes the account, all clients, plans and uploaded logos, and cancels any active subscription.
- Clients who want their information changed or removed should contact their coach, or us at hello@savi-labs.online.
Deleted data is removed from our live database immediately and from provider backups within their normal backup cycles. Paddle keeps transaction records as required for tax and accounting law.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict some processing, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Email hello@savi-labs.online and we'll respond within 30 days.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Database access rules ensure each coach can only reach their own clients and plans, and billing details can only be changed by our payment system.
10. Children
Coach accounts are for adults. The service is not intended for planning meals for children under 16, and the app doesn't accept client ages under 16.
11. Changes
We'll post any changes here and update the effective date. For significant changes we'll notify coaches by email or in the app.
