Terms of Service

1. The service

Platewise is a web application that helps fitness and nutrition coaches calculate targets for their clients, generate meal plans, edit them, and share them as a PDF or link. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate account information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from Branding → Delete account.

3. Plans, pricing and payment

• Free: up to 3 clients, with a small “Made with Platewise” credit on plans.
• Pro: $29 per month, unlimited clients, your branding only.
• Studio: $79 per month, everything in Pro; team features are added as they become available.

Prices are flat per account, never per client. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payments, taxes (such as VAT and sales tax) and invoices are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from Billing. Your paid features continue until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Health information disclaimer

Plans generated by Platewise are general guidance, not medical advice. The service does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Coaches are responsible for the advice they give their clients, including reviewing every plan before sharing it, and for referring clients with medical conditions, eating disorders, pregnancy or other special needs to a qualified healthcare professional. Nutrition values are estimates based on public reference data and may differ from real foods.

6. Your content and your clients' data

You keep ownership of the information you enter, including client details, logos and branding. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You confirm you have your clients' consent to enter their information. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

• Don't break the law, infringe others' rights, or upload content you don't have rights to.
• Don't try to access other accounts, disrupt the service, or scrape or resell it.
• Don't share links to plans containing someone's information without their consent.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why where we reasonably can.

8. Our intellectual property

The Platewise software, design, meal library and brand belong to us. You may use them only through the service during your subscription. Plans you generate are yours to share with your clients.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but it's provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may improve or change features. If we discontinue the service we'll give at least 30 days' notice and let you export your data.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability) will.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we'll notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
